Calm Birth is based in three methods from meditation science, applied to pregnancy and childbirth. These techniques have been used in tens of thousands of births worldwide since 1997. The app hosts shortened, updated versions of all three practices.

The Methods:

"Rest" is based in the Progressive Relaxation method. It takes you on a journey through your body and the body of your growing child. This reclining meditation is perfect for an afternoon rest, or to help you fall asleep at night.
"Heal" is a compassionate breathing. It teaches you to send healing energy to yourself, your child, and anyone else. It teaches you that your healing ability is limitless.
